You may cancel your booking by calling us at +917023253333 /+917023263333 /+917023273333 at any time after making a booking. Although a cancellation charge may be application as per the below schedule:
- Within 6 hours of scheduled journey: 100% of the booking amount (Maximum Rs. 2500).
- Between 6 to 24 hours of scheduled journey: 50% of the booking amount (Maximum Rs. 1000).
- Before 24 hours of scheduled Journey: Rs. 500 from the booking amount.
- If you make a booking without inquiring first about trip charges, and then decide to cancel the Booking, Rs.250/- will be deducted as cancellation charge.
Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 10-12 working days.
